Overview:

• Maintenance & coordination of content on global platform

• Roll out of content for 30 countries over a 3-year period

• Coordination & liaison with various global partners

Responsibilities:

• Content management (CMS)

• Keeping documentation up-to-date

• Organising content from different markets into clear structures & implementing correct nomenclatures

• Preparing content requirements according to developed guidelines

• Planning the delivery & timelines of content pieces including copy, translated copy, illustrations & voice

• Working closely with the Development team to further enhance CMS functionality, input features & clarity/ease of use

• Briefing content creators & working with partners to produce content

• Managing processes & documentation around creating content

• Quality assurance for all content pieces
